Pair antique winged mermaid wall sconces with two tone glass shades
Description: Beautiful pair of antique French wall lights/ sconces.
These are former gas lights that have been converted to electric. To be able to run the cables trough the fixtures instead of past them, 1 hole has been made in the back of each sconce.
Lovely detail is the age stamp in the bronze dating these to 1842 / 1868 .
